Training Information

WHY TRAINING AND EXAM?
Two-component paints consist of a base coat and a hardener. Polyurethane hardeners contain diisocyanates.

As of August 24, 2023, European chemical regulations have restricted working with diisocyanates. Do you work with products containing more than 0.1% diisocyanates? Then you must complete training first. This training needs to be repeated every five years.

Our e-learning prepares you for the Diisocyanates Paints exam, which you take online. Start the exam when you feel sufficiently prepared. If you pass, you can download the Diisocyanates Paints certificate.

HOW IS THE E-LEARNING STRUCTURED?

  • E-learning: takes approximately 0.5 hours
  • Online exam: You can take the exam once you have completed all chapters of the e-learning.

This e-learning helps you minimize exposure to diisocyanates and the associated risks.

HOW DOES CERTIFICATION WORK?

At the end of the e-learning, you will take an online exam. If you pass, you will receive the Diisocyanates Paints certificate. This certificate can be downloaded when you log in to Mijn Innovam.

DO I NEED PRIOR KNOWLEDGE?

Yes, first complete the Diisocyanates Basics training.

e-learning: Diisocyanates Adhesives (EN)

This e-learning focuses on processing adhesives using closed systems, such as glue guns with cartridges or tubes. It also addresses manually applying adhesives with open systems.
